Early Childhood Partners at Presentation College will be offering “Early Learning Guidelines” The Core of this document is a set of guidelines for what preschool children should know, understand, and be able to do in the areas of literacy, mathematics, social –emotional development, and the arts.  Each standard area includes ideas on how to set up the environment as well as teaching suggestions that can be used by all who work with young children.  Class will be held at Early Childhood Partners, Feb. 21st and 28th from 8:30-4:30. Classes will be cancelled if there are not enough participants. Video conferencing classes are scheduled well in advance due to the need to secure sites/schools, and registration deadlines for these classes are non-negotiable. Due to budget limitations many of our classes will be offered through video conferencing or at limited locations. Review the Professional Development Calendar and plan ahead for the classes you would like to attend. Remember, meeting registration deadlines is key to ensuring that the class will be held. If you are registered for a class and cannot attend, please extend a courtesy call to cancel.
